By accessing or using NeonVault (the "Game"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

What NeonVault is

NeonVault is a free, browser-based browser-based cyberpunk sliding puzzle game. It is provided for entertainment at no cost, with no required purchases of any kind.

Permitted use

You may use NeonVault for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

No account or registration

NeonVault does not require you to create an account. Your progress and records are saved locally in your browser. We have no access to this data.

No purchases or gambling

NeonVault contains no in-app purchases, no real-money wagering, no loot boxes, no randomized paid rewards, and no subscription fees. The Game is entirely free to play in its entirety.

Intellectual property

The NeonVault name, design, visual style, and code are owned by the developers. The sliding tile puzzle mechanic itself is in the public domain. You may not redistribute or sell the NeonVault software without permission.

Disclaimer

NeonVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will be error-free or continuously available. Your use is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of NeonVault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game. As the Game is provided free of charge, our maximum liability to you is zero.

Changes

We may modify or discontinue the Game or these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the territory where the developers operate. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in that territory.
