About this policy

NeonVault is a browser-based cyberpunk sliding puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains clearly and honestly how we handle any information when you use NeonVault. We believe in full transparency and minimal data collection.

What we collect

We collect very little:

We do not collect your name, age, location, or any personal identifiers. No registration is required.

Local storage and cookies

NeonVault uses your browser's localStorage API to save your fastest cracking times and difficulty preferences locally on your device. This data is never sent to any server. We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any cross-session identifiers.

Third-party services

NeonVault loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). When these fonts are requested, Google may receive your IP address as part of standard web requests. This is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. No other third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks are used.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. The minimal data described above is used solely to operate and improve the game experience.

Children's privacy

NeonVault is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Because we do not collect personal data from any users, no special processes beyond our standard practices are required.

Your controls

You can delete all saved game data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or site data in your browser settings. There is no account to delete and no server-side data to request removal of.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any changes. Continued use of NeonVault after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
